Founded in 1964 in St. Louis, Missouri, Imos Pizza has been a beloved family tradition for nearly six decades. What started as a small neighborhood pizzeria has grown into an iconic brand, famous for its distinctive ultra-thin crust and signature Provel cheese blend.

Our journey began with Ed and Margie Imo's vision to create something unique in the pizza world. They developed the now-famous St. Louis-style pizza, featuring an impossibly thin crust that's crispy from edge to edge, tangy tomato sauce, and the distinctive white cheese blend that has become our trademark.
